1. Inspection of crushin¥₽☆g hammer before use


During each use, first chec♦©k whether the high-pres♣→<φsure and low-pressure oil pipes o™± f the crushing hammer are loo δse, so as to avoid oi§ ≤←l pipe falling off due t♦'o vibration and failureβ÷♦↓; Check whether relevant bolts are l ₽ oose; Check whether each connec ✘∏ting pin is excessively worn↕®.


2. The hydraulic system s↔φhall be preheated before using the c>≠rushing hammer


Analysis: when the crushing hammer is ♣≥✔parked, the hydraulic oil in the upper®™ε₹ part will flow to tλ≥≤₹he lower part. When it is used, operate♠§  with a small throttle. After th€✔λ"e oil film of the crushing hamme₽πr piston cylinder is formed, operate wi≠∑→✘th a medium throttle, whic↑€✘★h can protect the hydraulic system₹£™€ of the excavator.


3. Select the appropriate≥¥↕" engine speed


The throttle shall not e™✔xceed 50% within 30 minutes b£∑"•efore each use, and then s✘≈↑₹elect the medium or slight¥↕¶∏ly higher speed.


Analysis: because the crushi‌ε™™ng hammer has low requiremenλ≤≥ts for working pressure and flow φδ(such as 20 ton excavator, working p∞§↔ ressure 160-180kg, f±★low 140-180l / min), the medium  ≥throttle can work. Working★→≤ with large throttle and increasin § ±g the strike force will also cau≥×£φse abnormal temperature ri∞♥₩se of hydraulic oil an★​d cause great damage to the✔Ω≠φ hydraulic system.


4. Correct butter posture, frequency§↑" and quantity.


Add lubricating grease↑π‌α when the drill rod ≤β'is pressed straight, ε↕∞and fill it every 2 hours for about 3 ✘αtimes.


Analysis: if the lubricati€‌ng grease is supplemented when the ±♣©drill rod is suspended, tλ≤₩γhe grease will enter the sφ$✔triking chamber, and abnormal high pr>πλ§essure will be genera‌≈☆ted in the striking chamber during∞π↑ striking, and the oil wil≥©→l enter the hydraulic system₽€‌.


5. After each use, the brea ¥₹∏king hammer must be placed in an upr÷§≥ight state and the drill rod m≥★↔ust be pushed in


Analysis: prevent the pisto±♣∏©n from rusting due t‌ o rain and water inflow.±→÷


6. Keep the lines clean


When replacing the bucket,∑©¶∞ the crushing hammer pi•€≈peline must be blocked, and the oil☆∑ pipe joint must be kept clean at φ>¥✔any time to prevent any sundries fromΩ¶​' entering the oil pipe and ♣>≤crushing hammer; Anot‌Ωher important link is to s±σφelect qualified hydraulic oil filter c ←​"artridge. The impact of gun≤↓∏ firing will affect the whole o→÷il return system of hydraulic oil. The☆✘÷λ filter element will not suck force, a‌♥nd will filter the core.


7. Check the hydraulic oil quantity andβ₩  pollution every day


The lack of hydraulic oi♠"≥l will produce cavitatio αβ"n, resulting in damage to ♠♠₩the crushing hammer, piston and cyli←↑≥¥nder block. It is re∏♣commended to check the oil level'δ♠ before use every day.¶¥← The change of hydraulic oil qual£≠<ity varies due to different worki"Ω★φng environment. A si←πεπmple way to judge whether the o✔÷♠≠il is good or bad is to observe£™♠ the color of the oil. When the oilΩ‌∏€ quality is very serious, drain th∏®→e oil, clean the oil tank, replace t♦¶↔he hydraulic oil filteε≠♣r element, and then add✘‍ new oil.


8. Replace the oil sea☆λ✔↓l in time


Analysis: the oil seal is a vulnerab★"le part. It is recommended to ±✔₹replace the oil seal of♠>‌≠ the crusher hammer after working f×>←↓or about 600 hours; When the oil seal l←♥<eaks oil, the work mus♥≠t be stopped immediately and the oi♥‍l seal must be replaced. No side d →←®ust is easy to enter the h∏♥↓ydraulic system.


9. Precautions for long-↔♣term storage (more thaφ"n three weeks)


Please clean the outside first; Remov$'≈e the drill rod and apply a✘✘nti rust oil to it, release ♣ε∑the nitrogen first, and then push t Ω☆he piston into the oil c₩↓ylinder; Inject lubricating oil into alπ☆l parts of the crushing hammer₹÷, and then reinstall the dri¥✔"☆ll rod; In this way, it can beγ© stored for a long time.


10. Five not allowed


A.
