As we all know, especial↔™ly the professional excavator mas✔•≥ter. There are many crushing ham→ ₽mers, or there will be all kindsε≠ of small problems after a→ § long time. Because  ¶εmost of the places where exc₽σavators work are in the field, esp→Ω$≠ecially in mines. If the main£¥‌♣tenance personnel don't come in time, '••it's easy to delay t →∑he construction period. T"↓herefore, our drivers finally₹©δ master some basic maintenanc↑★e skills and can simply solveλΩ‍& the problem of breaking hammer​★. During the working pr§¶ocess of the crushing hammer, we often ₽← encounter the problem th≈≥at the crushing hammer does not stri&>£‍ke. Our maintenance experience γ‍←→in recent years has summari¶  zed five aspects for&  you. We can simply judge and solve t$​₽he problem when we encounter Ω&±no strike next time.


If the crushing hammer does not strike,♦• it will not sound once s &↔"truck. After lifting it, it ∞∞∑ will not sound again. Che♦¶✔ck from these five aspects:


1. Reversing valve stuck.


After the disassembly and inspection oαλf the crushing hammer, it is found tha ♦γΩt other parts are in good condition.§₩♥ After the inspection of the directionσ​al valve, it is found that±α the sliding is astringent and it iΩ​©÷s easy to get stuck.✘÷ After the valve core of the direction>∑al valve is removed, it ± is found that there ♥α✘±are multiple strains on the valve bo÷βdy. Replace the valve core¶ ≤ of the directional valve.


2. Improper replacement of bushing.


After replacing the b≥§ushing, the crushing hammer st∏♣  ops working. It does not st£®∞"rike when pressed down, and there is ββstriking action after₽±π& slightly lifting. After ‌‌↕≥replacing the bushing, the pisto' ↕n position is higher, res♦₹δulting in that some small directi≠£onal valve control oiε∞‍l circuits in the cylinα✔ ↔der body have been clo≤₽↓sed at the starting position, the∞σ‌β directional valve s£←≤tops working, and the crushing ham‌§ mer stops working.


3. Upper cylinder block oil ↔¶δ<inlet.


The crushing hammer gradually becoεφ≥∑mes weak in the process of striking, a∑γnd finally stops stri↓↓'£king. Measure the nitrogen pres•↔↓sure. The pressure is∑®± too high. After releas←γ≈★e, it can strike, and soon stop strik©£ing. After measurement, the pressure beφλcomes higher. After disassembly, ¶← it was found that the uppe‍₹∞r cylinder was filled∑£✘↔ with hydraulic oil, and the piβ©ston could not be compressed±σ backward, resulting in ♠↑the failure of the crushing ham₽₽∏₹mer. Replace the sea✘δling components.


4. The accumulator components fall ✔≤"↔into the pipeline.


During the inspection, it ™₽λis found that the deformed parts inγ₹← the directional valv₹&₩e are stuck in the directional valve.


5. The inner sleeve of lower cylin§↔§ der is worn


After long-term use, the inner sleσφ♣ eve of the lower cylinder is w£¶÷orn, and the position of the piston ≈¶★crown is upward by the drill rod,Ω♦₽® which is similar to the secon¥₹★d article.
